Scope of this notice
This is an operational privacy-notice structure for the development build, not a claim of legal compliance. Qualified counsel must review it for Qatar and every GCC launch market.
Data we process
Account, event, guest, RSVP, uploaded media, and operational audit data. Approximate anonymous analytics are kept distinct from activity tied to a personal invitation.
Purpose and minimization
Data is used to deliver invitations, guest operations, communication, arrival, support, and billing. The product is designed not to collect personal data unrelated to those purposes.
Control and retention
Event owners can export data, remove guests and media, set event expiry, and configure proposed automatic deletion. Full account deletion includes confirmation and review for financial or security obligations.
Sharing and providers
Future email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment, or AI services will process limited data through disclosed providers and suitable agreements. Current development adapters do not deliver real messages or process payments.
Guest rights and security
The product provides request paths for access, correction, and deletion through the event owner or support, backed by authentication, permissions, tenant isolation, and sensitive-action auditing.
